1.Development of mathematical models describing the evolution of the distribution function of the process of cell differentiation leading to cancer.
2.Asymptotic analysis of the proposed model.
3.Simulation experiments for the proposed model using data from cell lines.
4.Verification of the model based on data from in vitro experiments in the Institute of Oncology.
5.Analysis of the model of tumor invasion on the molecular level, comparison with results from the literature.
6.Application of the theory of structured population models to the analysis of metastasis progression.
7.Contribution to the design of predictive tests in tumor diagnosis and therapy.
